Mike Weaver knocking out John Tate, Tate was ahead on all scorecards heading into the 15th round when he got hit by a big left hook, fell flat on his face and didn't move for 10 minutes I think.

Roy Jones vs Art Serwano, Serwano looked like he got scared to death.

Without a doubt, Emile Griffith vs Benny Paret 3 was the worst one I've seen though, 20 flush shots.

Beat me to it, with Morrison-Mercer. I was thinking the same damn thing. The way that his lifeless head just kept getting hit.. Ugh.

Also: Wilson-Nwodo was a good one.

Pea didn't rack up the KO's, but man did he make them count.

Its funny because he wasn't a one punch guy. So when he had you hurt, he had to pummel the **** out of you to really get you out of there. Thats probably why the ref gave Hurtado such a chance. I also remember seeing his pro debut when he fought on the "Night of Gold".. Man, he gave that dude such an asswhooping..

Obviously not the intent of the thread, because no one likes these kinds of KOs, but... the Whitaker-Hurtado fight made me think of Griffith-Paret...

That's when KOs become too brutal.
