Juanma Lopez: "I'm Ready For Marquez, Vazquez, Whoever!"

Undefeated WBO super bantamweight champion Juan Manuel Lopez (23-0, 21KOs) is ready for the big stage. He defends his title against Sergio Medina on the pay-per-view undercard to Oscar De La Hoya-Manny Pacquiao on December 6 in Las Vegas. Looking ahead to 2009, Lopez wants to unify the division or land some form of a big fight. [details]

He should fight Gonzales or Concepcion to get prepared for the winner of Marquez-Caballero if that fight goes trew, because I think Vazquez will move in weight before fighting Juanma!!!!! Vazquez vs Lopez will be at 126.!!!!1

I love Juanma's fighting spirit, he talks **** and backs it up. I remember when Max Kellerman asked after the De leon fight if Juanma thought he was ready to fight the best in the division. He said that if his performance in knocknig de leon out didn't convice him what will..

I would love to see he in there against any of those top guys. I think he beats vazquez and marquez, I want to see him against celestino

I wish Marquez grew up in the same age range as Lopez. But Marquez has been around way too long, he'd ice guys for fun, to the point where defense is somthin he didn't even need. He spent too much time as a king that he forgot to master other parts of his game. I mean right now he has no defense and around the 5th or 6th he's spent fatigue wise. Since the Mabuza fights that was known about Raf.

Now Vasquez justs eats too many shots, but he can explode Tyson style later in the fight if he's able to survive past 6 or 7, but after the Gonzalez fight, after these Marquez fights I don't know if we'll see that Vasquez again. He's got his fame and Money now, his body has been pushed beyond any punishment we can imagine.

But we got fighters like Martinez, to Soto, to Antillon...Antillon more then likely bein too big for Lopez. But if Lopez ever decides to move up which I think is possible but he's reignin so hard right now below those guys that I don't know if he would, but if he we're to move up..he can get his Puerto Rican chin tested by fresh Mexican ****er, thats for sure. Cause I don't see any fresh faces other then Mares (who's been forced to have a setback at the worst time) bein able to equal Lopez in stength and skill.

Humberto Soto would kill Juanma. Too big too strong.

Yeah but Soto has just barely enough holes in his game to make it a fair fight. I hope Lopez moves up within a year or two, cause I'd pay to see that fight.

Shaw says JuanMa isn't a name but Caballero can get a fight with Marquez, so apparently Caballero is a name? lol.

JuanMa just gotta keep doing what he's doing. Outside of PR, no one knew of him till he exploded onto the scene with the 1 rd ko of Ponce de Leon. Now people know & are taking notice.

                from caguas, puerto ricoooooooooooooooo!

Juan Ma will be ready for the top guys in 09

I actually had a chance to meet Juanma in Atlantic city before he knocked out Ponce De Leon. He was cool, even took two pictures with me!
With the top guys like Vazquez and Marquez punishing each other in their great trilogy soon to be "quadrilogy", they may be ripe for the picking when they face a young fresh strong puncher like JuanMa. If the other champions chose to fight Juanma, he will clean out the division within a year or two..trust that!
