Don't know enuf of Sergei to know if he stands a chance. I'd like to see the fight. Surely Pwill didn't target Phillips just to see him stripped of his IBF belt.

I wonder if Sergei will get p4p consideration if he wins, since Williams is on some lists now? Probably not, since Europeans need to accomplish twice as much as Americans to make those p4p lists.
