When Williams fills out, he should be fighting around this weight class because of his big frame. Either way, i see Dawson winning the fight convincingly. Too much is too much. Paul would be fighting someone that is a natural light heavyweights( that's even taller) with power( that would be even more effective on Williams) and very fast, i think Williams losses a U.D or gets stopped late. I think Dawson would parry Williams punches and would be able to counter punch effectively.

dawson can move and has more tools in his offense. also has better defense as shown in the tarver fight.
