"Duck" is more a negative term and should only applied when someone turns down an offer only to take a smaller payday for a less risky fight. I could call out Williams today and he would turn down the offer because it makes no sense financially nor would it do anything for his legacy. Would he be "ducking" me?

It isnt ducking per say, but it would be going against what Goosen is all about(or what he says at his press conference). This is the best fight at 154. The WBO knew that and thats why they made Williams mandatory for Sergeiy. Lets see it happen!
