I agree Cal outworked Hop and if bernard is pissed that he came off on the wrong end of the decision maybe he should watch the tape and start blaming himself and not the judges for his mistake.

Just saw a training vid of james degale, he lifts his head when he throws the left. Hopefully that's just a relaxed gym training thing rather than an in ring habit. If he stands up with his chin high against the big hitters at mw he'll be joining kahn as another hypejob.
