    Mosley Vs Tszyu

Sugar Shane Mosley vs Kostya Tszyu at 140 pounds, who would win?

As u all know Shane was Dominant at Lightweight infact many around here rate him as high as top 5 all time, he then jumped to 147 where he looked sensational his best win there being over Oscar De La Hoya in a classic.

Tszyu was clearly the best fighter at 140, spending his whole career there and absaloutly crushing fighters like Sharba Mitchell and a then Undfeated hot shot in Zab Judah.

But what would have happend if Mosley had stopped off to attempt and clean up the Light Welter division before moving up to 147. How would he of faired against Kostya? Peak Kostya i mean, even if some might feel he was on the slide when Mosley made his jump

i wouldn't say judah was crushing kostya but he was definently on top and having the better of the exchanges.

i reckon sugar shane would have beaten him, both guys are fighters that i like to watch, sugar shane though just has a bit more in his locker, his speed of foot and hand would be a bit too much and his iron chin would mean that when kostya does tag him he would be able to take it.

it would be one helluva good fight though. deffo worth the ppv!!

Yeah he was landing some leather untill Zoo started finding his range then BAM he Zero'd in with the right hand - Fight over!
Mosley has a far better chin than Judah tho and is stronger plus he worked the body real well earlier in his career and remember Mosley had THE best KO ratio in boxings champions at the time he moved - guy could ****!

My Giro would be on Shane Mosley

I would pick Sugar Shane Mosley to win this by TKO, a straight mirror match of when Vince Phillips did it ending in the same kind of sequence, Kostya being held up by the ropes.. thing is Mosley got too much speed and power, Zab was beating Tszyu because Tszyu was having a hard time finding him. it took him just about 2 full rounds to tag Zab and if Zab wasn't so dumb he could have stood down to 8, regrouped his legs and made it out the round which had less than 10 seconds left but he just leapt to his feet and while still on spaghetti legs and went down again. he wasn't so much done for he just didn't allow himself the time to properly recover and was stopped but he could have continued..

anyway back to the point it took Tszyu almost 2 whole rounds to land 1 big shot against a man whom didn't know how to take it, against Shane though not only would Shane take it but he would dish back times 3. it would be too high of a volume of punches coming from Shane. Tszyu is a respectable fighter, strong in pretty much all aspects but Mosley just brings more liquor to the party.. I would pick Shane Mosley by TKO,

And Shane Mosley has one of the best chins I've ever seen... That's not saying he would win for sure, Tszu is definitely not badly outclassed here and he has a chance. It would be an huge PPV, definitely worthwhile! Too bad they stopped making these types of fights a while back. Two other ****ers who could give us a show if they fight now are Pavlik and Abraham. It could have been even better had Pavlik stayed in his own weight class. 2 Undefeated guys squaring off in their primes. Not gonna happen.

thanks bro, I appreciate the kind words. this would have been a great fight, it's a shame it didn't take place while Shane was still undefeated on his way up to WW, they were both as good as they were going to get so it would have been a crazy fight but Shane would have TKO'ed him, I respect the **** out of Tszyu but Shane is in another bracket.
