If you're a boxing fan, you should know the first 2 to 3 rounds depending on the fighter should be looked at more closley then the last 2 to 3 rounds of the fight.

In this particular fight, Walker came out with speed that no Heavyweight has. Which ultimately threw Chris off balance, but once Chris dealt with it and got his arms up to game, the fight was literally over.

Vlad's jab isn't greased lightning, it's just a stiff hard jab that requires little effort because of his size and reach.

Simple head movement can give that jab problems.

Arreola is an old school Heavyweight, he could've been around back in the early 90's because he throws a lot of punches, these 2 guys were fighting like Middleweights man it was crazy. picture old school David Tua and Chris Arreola scrappin, tell me that wouldn't be crazy.. thing is he gets hit way too much and not just hit but hurt also, he doesn't just eat shots and since he's so easily hit it'll be something to see if he can take the shots. Klitschko hits WAY harder than Walker, Sam Peter and Vitali both do too and these are the guys he's up against..

I honestly believe he is a strong fighter, he's no hype job the kid can fight but I say that more in terms of offense, his defense is questionable. he was always open to be hit, Walker hit him with devastating shots unnecessarily cuz had Arreola brought better defense to the fight he could have recieved less damage which for a fighter is always good. I can't blame it on the weight neither, Arreola is always like that regardless whether in shape or not, it's just in his style to give and take and it's evident..

Honestly I think someone like Arreola can do well with the pool of Heavyweights today, his workrate for a man his size is amazing, his heart is unmeasureable but his defense is questionable and I think THAT'S where he will eventually crumble as a result of. someone with a good defense going to make themselves hard to hit all while taking full advantage of his bad defense. it may take a Klitschko but to beat Arreola you need to do only 1 of 2 things which is out **** him or out box him, there is no other way and the Klitschko brothers can do both, there is the difference and I think it will show. Arreola is good, he earned MAD points yesterday for the show he put on for the fans and entertaining post fight interview but it is what it is, gotta call'em like I see'em.. who knows maybe if he can work on his defense my stance on him can change, he still has more than enough time to develop.

        What he said.

Walker showed us that Arreola has difficulty with a patient jab. Wlad's happens to be 100 times better than Walker's.

Arreola needs a lot of work, most of his punches are telegraphed, his defense is suspect and he's out of shape. Arreola needs to get back into the mid-230s, it's his best weight as a heavyweight, the extra weight has made him slow down quite a bit, he needs to shorten up those punches as well and he needs to tuck his chin in when he punches, his chin is high when he throws his combinations. Right now, both Klitschkos knock him out.

MS you're smokin' dope. I really REALLY like Arreola and yes he does seem to just be 'holmes' from down the street. But the Klit brothers will KILL him. I'll be rootin' for him as he tries to pick his carnitas-eatin' ass up off the canvas, but for real, either Klitschko will beat the crap out of Chris. Were he to take his career seriously, he might have a chance in a couple of years but as it stands, no way.

Arreola has a good chance against both Wlad and Haye. Arreola has power and those two have pathetic chins. Vitali now that's a different story.

But seriously Arreola needs to get himself in shape and big things will happen for him.

I gotta be honest, lol I don't see him gettin killed by the Russian twins. I see him able to get a victory from one if not both brothers.

I think Chris' only flaw is that he came in kinda soft tonight. The speed of Walker caught him off guard to say the least.

The moment he was able to counter and set his **** up, it was over. I think this was a rare stump in the sense he ran into a guy in his weightclass that was thrownin everything, but he did what he needed to do.

Walker put it all in the mix, and Arreola did what he was suppose to.

Now the Klitchkos got size and strength, thats it. They're borderline fast and their lame punches should be observed with the up most focus and concentration. But I think Arreola with the propper training and the understanding of the science, he can pull it off.

Shannon Briggs would destroy Arreola in about 2 rounds max

Both the Klits beat him. I love to see him and Haye go at it, though.

I wasn't impressed with Arreola before the fight last night and I'm still not impressed with him. Coming into the ring with his gut hanging out doesn't exactly sit well with me, especially at his age. He might have some more good wins but he'll probably never be great.
