Paul Williams vs. Sergio Martinez (I'd Pay 54.95 for THIS fight)

We know that Williams has had trouble with boxers as his first loss to Quintana displayed. Williams was able to avenge his loss by using his physical advantages on a much smaller and weaker Quintana.

Sergio Martinez's only loss came to a fighter with a hell of a chin and incredible workrate, Antonio Margarito.

Each fighter resembles the kind of fighter that has given them the most problems. The difference is, Paul is much taller than Margarito and can effectively use his reach and Martinez is much bigger and stronger than Quintana.

People forget that Martinez looked that way against a slow plotting, come forward fighter that did not let his hands go or work( Alex Buenema). Williams is in a much different league. The difference is that Buenema gave him a target and was wide open, where as Williams would come in behind a jab, show some head movement and will unlike Alex, work. I see Williams winning a competitive decision, he has the more experience against fellow southpaws as well.

Another thing is that Quintana has better foot movement that Martinez does and he is better body puncher too. Many people don't know that Quintana was actually very underrated and very talented, and he remains one of my favorites.

If Martinez makes the right progression he can be a much better boxer than Paul Williams is.

But now is too early for him to step straight up to that kind of fight.

****, I would love to see this fight. I could see Martinez being a problem for PWill. I still think PWill pulls out a close UD.

would be a very good fight, but for a main event it would leave some empty seats in the venue i guess...Martinez should first make more a name for himself than he already has of now
