The fights tonight were action packed & intense. All the fighters came to fight. Arreola overcame a KD & slower hands to KO Walker in 3. Then he had 1 of the most memorable interviews in recent history.

After that another highly regarded American, Paul Williams endured a nasty cut in the 2nd round. He showed much heart. He took the fight to Phillips & got the stoppage. These type of fighters is what boxing & the REAL fans are all about.

Every fight isn't going to be a Rocky movie. That cut Paul had was no joke. He showed hella heart by still taking the fight to Verno. Imagine if 1 of the Klitshcko's or Judah gets a cut like that. They would probably have quit after the 2nd round.

The Williams fight was a horrible flashback of his fights pre-Quintana. He quickly establishes that he can't hurt his opponent and that he is too damn big and active for the opponent to do anything serious back at him. You instantly know what every round is going to look like. Paul is going to throw a billion punches that won't knockout the opponent and he's going to have nothing coming back at him. It is impressive that he can win so easily against pretty good fighters, sure, but its pretty much the only way possible to make 100 punches a round boring and he's the master of it.
