Phillips now looks up for this a little. Williams moving forward with some flurries. Phillips lands a decent short right in the clinch. Williams is getting the better of exchanges but is horribly open defensively. Toe to toe at the end but that cut on Williams is awful. I'm giving the round to Williams but it's far from decisive once more.
