Williams ruled winner by TKO 8. Phillips quit on his stool, paycheque and pension intact. It was a dominant performance against an opponent he was expected to dominate. I reckon Kermit Cintron would KO Williams.

I had given him the 2nd, he caught Williams with some good shots that looked like the affected him a little...Then again, with Williams being so lanky he always looks like he's stumbling a bit.
I agree with the stoppage, but I don't think Phillips was all that hurt.
