So I'm not too keen on the subject, but how much water-weight do fighters usually lose when weighing in? If ODLH already weighs 147, and has so for several weeks (Episode 2 of 24/7 had him at 147.9 after sparring), will he actually put on 10+ pounds on fight night? That seems very unnatural to me, even more so than dehydrating to weigh in. I just don't see how he will put on as much weight as he usually does if he's weighed around 147 for an extended period of time. It'd be like gaining 10 lbs of water weight which wasn't there in the first place.
