Lennox Lewis a top 10 heavy or not?

Well, that depends if it was a 12 round match or a 15 round match. In a 12 rounder, Lewis would definitely out jab Ali, and would really hurt him in the later rounds. In a 15 rounder, it could really go either way, Lewis has the power to stop Ali, in rounds 8-10, but in the later rounds I see Ali capitalizing. We don't know how the 12 rounders would do against the 15 rounders, and vice versa, but Lewis IMO is the best 12round HW of all time.

I'm an LL fan, don't get me wrong. For the record, I think LL belongs in the top 10 of all time heavyweights. But one time I saw a thread on here of top 10 heavys and many left him off the list, I was surprised about that.

That's the way I see it, Ali was IMO without a doubt the most influential person in boxing, which combined with boxing skills, made him the GREATEST of all time, but Lewis was the best in the ring.

National bias comes into play. I don't like playing that card but that's the truth IMO.
