But when he's still coming in so chubby, it's irritating. Maybe a loss might just snap him out of this ostensible complacency.

Not all fighters can look like Holly but if you run on the mill and do some cardio-stamina stuff like jump rope and a few rounds on the bag with fast punches (without using too much power but punching a lot) you gonna loose that FAT

Ive seen him much lighter against Chazz Witherspoon, which is what I thought was his best performance. I dont think its a coincindence, and that fight wasnt that long ago. hes just lazy
