Has Margarito ever avenged his losses??

the judges were right. try watching the fight again and when you do keep margarito's nuts off your face so you can see the fight clearly and fairly. he surely have an opportunity to avenge that loss but looks like the margarito camp are not too keen on fighting williams again and for good reasons.Comment

Hahahahaha whatever you say..
Anyway, the answer is no. However, the first three losses were in early in his career, when he was a nobody. So its not like those were a big deal. But, Santos and Williams, well, he should at least consider avenging one of those loses.
Now, you often hear Marg demanded an immediate rematch, but I'd like to see some proof of that, because fans have a tendency to make things up or hold much bearing on "rumors".
Margarito beat Santos, Santos just got the gift decision in his hometown. Watch the fight.
Margarito wanted to fight PW for a rematch. PW decided to chase Quintana. http://www.boxingscene.com/?m=show&id=15431Comment

Ok, I dont know who that is but fair enough. Marg should avenge his loss to Williams.. BUT If Marg made the offer, and Williams declined because he wanted a bigger money fight, then WIlliams more or less screwed himself cause now he's fighting barnyard middleweights and old junior middleweights.Comment

No he has not avenged a single loss, he lost to Williams horribly, he was confused and didn't know what to do. Then he beat a midget (Cotto) who was naturally smaller than him and now he thinks he is a god. The funnier part is that he thinks he's a bigger name than Shane Mosley...

any fighter with Williams frame will find it hard to make 147 so yeah he went up one level and obviously will face tougher opposition. is that hard for you to figure out?Originally posted by chicano79us;439220 6Has Williams had a successful title defense??? Why did he chose to go up instead of defending his belt ?????

This is not true. Williams was open for a rematch but Margarito kept saying that he won the fight and there was no need for a rematch.
Later, he changed his tune and said that he lost after watching the tape, saying he should've started out faster.
Then he took that game plan and took it out on all-time great Golden Johnson in one round. Then at the post-fight interview, he didn't bother mentioning Williams and unstead said "Cotto must fight me".
The End.Comment
