I've seen all kinds of left hooks, read about 'em ,watched 'em. But no one delivers 'em as sweet as Tito, man. Tito's left hook is deadly accurate. De La Hoya had so much respect for it, he forgot to fight .


There's a good number of cats whose left hooks are just as vicious as Tito's, but Trinidad's delivery of it is smooth as butter, boy. From the elbows to when it crashes on someone's face, beautiful.

As far as doubling up on the hooks, Mike Tyson was the best at throwing double hooks with the same arm. There are guys that were great at setting up double hooks, like Mickey Ward and Julio Cesar Chavez, but I haven't seen anyone throw both hooks with the same power like Iron Mike.

Fighters usually/can only throw double hooks if they throw the first one as the set up shot, then the second one is the hard shot or the other way around, but Tyson can throw both with the same force.
