I think it was from Khan being overhyped... he isn't really THAT good...sure he looks good against bums in the UK, but to suddenly go to a strong fighter is crazy. That's why you've gotta applaud Hatton and Calzaghe's promoters. With their fighting styles, I know for a fact, coming up they would never make it in the New York fight scene. BUt they are able to slowly build up in the UK and gain experience, and out of that comes a very confident, "unorthodox" fighting style..

oh right so when malignaggi came up through new york did he not,and got the beating of a lifetime from hatton,ya ur **** on the mark alright....calzaghe beats jones and hopkins and hes crap too,u really are a briny one alright what a comment.love to see you say it to their faces.

Khan would only have a chance of fighting Hatton if Ricky lost a couple of fights, say Pacquiao and then Bradley or Holt as well. If that happened, I'd rather he just retired. Khan is still a promising fighter, but at present there are a dozen guys ahead in the queue. Money wise, if Khan didn't lose again it would be HUGE in the UK, though. Far huger than it really ought to be.

Down the line i wonder if Hatton would give us the opportunity to see if Khan can beat him? Im sure Khan has a chance after working with Pac, but i would like to see how Khan handles someone like Paul Maligniggi first.
