USUALLY, the loser of the fight is the one chasing the other guy around for a rematch, not vice versa.

Btw, there's no real proof of that $4M offer from Goosen.

the offer was real and arum rejected it.

Arum responded in a letter on Aug. 5 rejecting the offer.

Arum wrote: "Thank you for your letter of July 31, 2008 regarding Paul Williams.

"After the terrible experience I was subjected to by Paul Williams, his camp and advisor in connection with a (Kelly) Pavlik fight, I have absolutely no intention whatsoever to be involved in any fight with Mr. Williams.

"Accordingly, your proposal is in all respects rejected and I would request that you do no contact me again regarding Mr. Williams."

Arum's letter was posted on Yahoo Sports. I guess it's a big conspiracy. Williams has so much reach that a billion dollar corporation like Yahoo just created a rejection letter because they have something against Margarito. There would have been a lawsuit filed already.
