A decent point, but after losing to Silva twice, Franklin has beaten everyone else he's fought. Henderson has been a top 10 MW and top p4p MW forever and also had his share of success at 205. He'd only been stopped by Nogueira who's a HW up until he got worked by Silva.

It's not like he's been struggling with anyone, he's finished every single opponent with the exception of Cote who he toyed around with the whole time.

I really think he needs to move to 205 permanently, because I think he'd walk through Forrest, Liddell and Rampage the same way he did to Franklin, Hendo and Marquardt.

LOL@you if you believe MMA has the competition or conditioning that professional boxing has. Its not even close.

Not to mention boxing takes the more talented fighters away from MMA. I cannot think of a single name in the UFC that would be a top boxer.

mma fighters are nothing to boxers, no mma fighter has 1/2 the stamina calzaghe has let alone his athletic gifts and will to win.

I agree that boxers have superior cardio, but you have to be kidding. Did Leben gas in the 48 seconds it took him to get KO'd?? Did Marquardt gas?? You can't be serious. Henderson and Franklin have always been known as being among the most highly conditioned fighters in the sport, did they gas too?? No. Henderson got outwrestled and submitted. Franklin got kneed in the guts so many times that he forgot his name, which is coincidentally the same thing that'd happen to Calzaghe in an MMA rules fight.

You must be thinking of the UFC days when Tank Abbot fought, either that or you're just ****ing around. Or maybe you're a n00b who saw a couple free fights on Sp*keTV and now you think you know something. Any way it goes, you're talking out of your ass.

You're not going to think of a single top boxer who would compete successfully in MMA either, especially the UFC. Once they hit the mat (and they would), the fight is over.
