Hatton walks around 170, Mayweather walks around 160, this was the big show weigh in with full clothes. With out clothes he would be like 154

that's crazy... how can hatton be hungrier for malignaggi than floyd, hatton gets up for big fights not not let for fighting floyd.

Without the pints and pies, Ricky would be 130.

Mayweather picked on a smaller dude, face it.

He looked good against Collazo weight wise but he said he was running out of gas. He did put on the weight needed for that fight quick so that might be a healthy weight for him as far as every day life...but not good for boxing.

That said, his frame isn't that big. He doesn't have the frame of 5'6 1/2 Kostya Tszyu; that guy is large for a Jr.Welter despite his height.

If he could have made 130 he would have. He's solid at 140 and I couldn't imagine what he would be like for a weigh-in if he had to make 130.

Was a joke but Im sure Hatton couldve started at 130 in his younger days with his frame, height, reach etc.

i dont think there was really much size diff between the two. floyd is not a big welterweight.

I voted for Hatton being beigger. Mayweather adjust to higher weights better but Hatton isthe heavier in the ring. The reason Floyd was able to push him around a bit is due to strength. Mayweather is stronger in most areas due to training but Hatton is the bigger fighter in the ring. Strength and Size are not always the same thing hence why the biggest guy doesnt always win the strong man comp.
