Whether he beats Calzaghe is a different story. He didnt face many people who could match him or come close to matching him for speed and has good reflexes himself.

I really don't think Calzaghe's speed comes near Jones' prime vs. prime. That's just my opinion. Calzaghe would probably still give Jones a bit of trouble nonetheless.

You're making it out like Calzaghe fought no one and Jones fought everyone it's not the case, the two resumes are fairly close.

I give the edge to Jones but it's not that big a difference, Jones fought his fair share of bums and lost to some not so great fighters.

In my Opinion Hopkins > Jones > Calzaghe.

I think if he was shot, he'd have gotten beaten by any of the 3 guys he'd faced prior to Calzaghe.

Roy's reflexes and speed have deteriorated. He doesnt have the boxing ability to fall back on. Nor the chin. Guys like Calzaghe and Hopkins have that, hence why they can survive and compete past their prime.
