I'm a brit and an Ex Royal navy man (Bond is an RN Commander for those that don't know) and I would pick Bourne every time.

Bond doesn't really do hand to hand very often and when he does it usually looks like a Witter fight (boring as ****).

Bourne is the prime RJJ of film spy's.
