Exactly, people don't seem to understand this tough. All Margarito has to do is walk through Mayweather weak shots and hit the body,arms, neck, forearms no head hunting for the first few rounds. To beat a guy like Mayweather you have to break him down, bully him and rough him up. I would love for this fight to take place but sadly it never will.

Everyone should stop saying, here is what the fight will look like, and start pointing out the things that could make a fight go a certain way.

Margarito walked right thru Cotto, so he will do the same to Floyd. Floyd's shots bounce right off Margarito. This suggests that Margarito will have little respect for Floyd's power. Therefore, Margarito will feel free to do what he does....walk Floyd down and go about beating him up. Floyd will move away consistently so as not to get trapped on the ropes. His pot shots will have little effect above justscoring points. Early rounds go to Floyd. But, Margarito continues to hunt his man down. The fight will play out like this with great probability until either Floyd gets caught or until Floyd goes into his little "rope a dope light" thing. Either way Floyd now sustains punishment and Margarito starts towin rounds. As Floyd gets tired and beat down, Margarito gets into Floyd with a long flurry of rights, lefts, and uppercuts. Many are blocked with Floyd's arms, but as the fight proceeds, many shots start to land. Margarito again is winning rounds. Continue down this path until Margarito finally hurts Floyd and finishes him, or beats Floyd with a UD.

I don't see the sense. How does he do it? Jab and run, jab and run, etc....all night? I expect Margarito would walk right into Floyd and eventually start to get into him. Once that starts, Floyd won't be able to withstand the onslaught.

Marg will throw...Marg will miss.

Floyd will counter and land punches in bunches unanswered.

Floyd will hit and move.

Floyd will block whatever spirited efforts Marg tries.

Floyd will clinch when they get close.

Floyd will smile while doing it.

Floyd is not Cotto..he wont punch and move backwards..he will clinch...he will go tthe body.
