I'd rather see Mayweather-Hatton II over any other possible fight.

lol Mayweather attacks Hatton quicker this time around, and Hatton goes down sooner.

If there's any Mayweather fight to be made, its against Cotto.

I would say Williams, but Paul Williams vs anyone below 154 is a joke.

        Ricky hasn't improved much.

By all indications, he's still susceptible to a ring post check hook from Neverland.

He'd have to make a major improvement in his style similar to what Barrera showed vs Hamed.

But no amount of special training will make Ricky any different in a Mayweather rematch.

Floyd had his number way before they met in the ring. And he still does. Even with Papa Floyd in the opposite corner.

Oh sure, no doubt Ricky will take the fight. But, he'll likely play it much more cautiously or he'll resort to the wedding vows: "To Have And To Hold" all night long.

I'd rather see him come back against Cotto, Marg or Pac and re-retire.

              Here is my Proof:

Why didnt Williams get no credit for beating a Margarito that beat a 30-1 Joshua Clottey and undefeated Kermit Cintron (Knock Artist) for the first time
(A PRIME Margarito)... when he had (the most feared man in the world tag)
              .
              • * A Margarito that only loss 1 fight in 10 years due to cuts....
              • * A Margarito that had the wbo ww title for six years...
              • * A Margarito that defended that title 8 times...
              • * A Margarito that was Hyped as "The baddest Muta****a On the planet
              • * A Margarito that no one would dare to stand toe to toe with...
              • * A Margarito that was even on some prominent boxing writers p4p list

Well guess what Happen Williams beat that Margarito...!!
and What did people think of Margarito after that fight????
              • * "aww He Is A Limited Fighter"
              • * "aww Lost To People Like Larry Dixon And He Got 4 Loses"
              • * "i Knew Margarito Was Overrated"

Now look how they discredited Williams win against Margarito,
Just Imagine what they would do too Floyd...

When is the last time this board give Floyd Credit for anything?

Remember when Floyd fought Baldomir, you had people saying

              Baldomir:
"AWW floyd is fighting a real WW now, he cant pot shot against Baldomir, because he will get
KTFO, BECAUSE bALDOMIR is not Zab Judah he is a Real WW champion"

              What Happen?

              Oscar De La Hoya:
"AWW floyd is too small for Oscar, he has never fought a fighter like DLH,
he has been fighting bums, and Oscar is the best guy he has ever fought, and Oscar is too big for Mayweather, and he is going to knock Mayweather the FUC* OUT"

              What Happen?

              Ricky Hatton:

"Aww Floyd cant run against Hatton, Hatton is going to take aways Floyds body and make Floyd fight, FLOYD CANT TAKE THE PRESSURE...this aint Oscar
Hatton is going to KNOCK Mayweather the FUC* OUT"

              What Happen?

See the Problem is most of boxingscene always think the next fighter is always the guy who is going to beat Mayweather and Knock him the FUC* OUT
and when Mayweather beats the guy who they thought he couldnt beat...
              There is always an excuse...

I think that there’s some perception that Williams is too big for welterweight and that he really belongs in a higher division, maybe even at middleweight when you consider how he balloons up after the weigh-in. That’s the same criticism being hurled at Margarito at 147, but Williams gets even worse of it because of his more blatant size advantage.

A few years ago, when Margarito’s name was being bandied about, I myself was asking WHY? Sure Margarito was making some noise with his career but I thought there were bigger names out there that were a better option for Floyd at the time if he wanted to cement his legacy. Now however, I think Margarito has gained more credence as an offshoot of his impressive demolition of Cotto and that was made sweeter after Cotto’s recent win over a marquee name in Mosley. It’s going to be even better if the Tony and Shane show pushes through and Tony wins because his star power rises even higher.

If the haters still won’t change their minds about Floyd after beating this Margarito, then they never will. That’s their problem. I certainly don’t see Floyd changing their impression for the better with another Hatton fight so it’s Floyd-Margarito for me.
