Personally, I think Jones/Calzaghe was the dullest. Not sure what it was, both fighters often entertain me but their series lacked fireworks.

I actually like Oscar/Pacquaio. No, we don't have anyone to play the bad guy role that Money May relishes. But it has excitement, I think the fact that Jones was in California, PA and Calzaghe being in Wales played alot to do with their show being boring.

Say what you want about him, but Mayweather made the 24/7's worth watching. You need conflict and opposite personalities for 24/7 I feel like. There's no drama in this 24/7. I've only been intrigued by the 24/7's with Mayweather because he talks so much **** and you just want to see him get his ass beat. I think the show chooses good clips to show and always has a solid sound track but the fighters have to make it interesting, plain and simple. Mayweather knows his role and plays it well.

          Same.

So far the last two series of 27/7 have been abit dull. Probaly cos both fights aint really getting many people as hyped or excited as the DLH, Mayweather and Hatton ones.

I will still watch it though

hbos presentation keeps things interested but these guys keep trying to put on good guys images acting like theyre not training to kill each other.....every big fight has an interesting matchup but you need trash talking to get people more hyped....mayweather set the bar high because his episodes have replay value.....

Another reason I want Floyd to come back is he will probaly have another series of 27/7.

I know it wern't much of a big fight for the American public but the Hatton-Malignaggi 24/7 would of been a classic.

the first one was great. i enjoyed it as much or more than roy/calzaghe. i would have enjoyed the roy version more if it seemed he was training right, but he wasn't. there was less of the cheesy oscarness than i expected, and there were some cool training elements shown, such as manny's medicine ball workout and oscars electro-stimulation for recovery. i relish that ****.

the second one started out great. actually getting an inside look at sparring is rare. most camps would not allow that to be taped. the clips were short, but were great. from that point on, it was all downhill.

the cheesiness really began getting caked on thick. all the crap with pacs mom, etc was not the greatest. the silence in the gym for manny'
s prayer was a little silly. then the oscar gay la hoya cheese really started to get grated on thick with his wife/kids etc.

i wish they would cut the fakeass drama and stick to the training regiments and action....

Of course is dull. Didn't somebody make a thread a week ago about how great the 1st episode of 24/7 was. It's cause' Delahoya got some acting lessons from somebody, trying to hype it all up.

But you could see it's fake.
