Hard to say, Witter looked really good in his comeback fight but his opponent wasn't much, if Malignaggi has the same psychological troubles he had against Hatton, he would probably lose.

Witter is the most over-rated boxer in history, he strggles against bums in most of his fights until he connects with a swinging eyes closed chin in the air shot.

He's been impressive at post journeyman level once against Harris thats it.
