I think Paulie should move down to 135!!

There is alot of fights down there can be made.
The Hatton fight showed me that at 140...Paulie doesnt have the stregth or pop in his punches to do much of anything...especially considering that he has bad hands.

I think a move down to 135 would be a good idea if he could get there.
