the 1st match was more meaningful because it showed that williams isn't a good boxer.
2nd matched only showed how luck can play a good part in boxing...
quintana is the better boxer so williams shouldn't be in the list.

a good boxer knows how to adapt in the middle of the fight
williams clearly lacks skill.
he should be fighting at middleweight, he's lucky to have such a frame otherwise he would have many losses in his record.
