Nobody cares about the IBO. The WBO has gained a lotta respect the last few years, but 3 belts was already too many. I don't think anybody will recognize a 5th.

They pay fees cuz believe it or not, those minor sanctions you just mentioned are actually considered world titles so if a fighter hold an IBA belt, he gets paid more money cuz they bill it as a title fight. Plus holding minor world titles can get you ranked by the major world title sanctions
