Win or Lose - Margarito vs. Cotto Rematch Will Happen

The internet boards were buzzing when BoxingScene.com's Robert Morales broke the news that Antonio Margarito-Shane Mosley was finally a done deal for January 24 at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas. HBO kicked in more money to satisfy Margarito after the Mexican champ walked away from the negotiating table in protest over the original deal, which directed him to evenly split the money with Mosley. With the extra funds, the numbers were adjusted and everyone is happy. [details]

Good news for the sport. Although, if they have a trilogy, I'm mildly concerned for their careers in the long run. You don't have 3 fights like that and come out the same...

Cotto-Cintron would be much more competitive, Cotto wouldn't have too much trouble with Jennings IMO.

I think Cotto has a chance of winning the rematch. I like how everyone is on the Margarito bandwagon. Probably most are the same pple who were on the Cotto bandwagon back in July. Guess what? Cotto is a proud champion, and I was a fan of him before and remain one. If he changes his tactics, get some endurance, and really ****s at the body, he will have a chance. Also, seeing as it is his first loss, I would assume he would train harder and be more hungry in the fight. Besides, Margarito is predictable, so Cotto has a chance to change things up, while Margarito will continue to stalk forward and throw 100+ punches per round and eat leather to give leather.

                  Cotto Boma Ye!!

I think Cotto should leave Margarito alone. Hes too strong for him and Miguel does not have the mentality to fight a discipline fight and stay boxing, because he has too much pride and at some point he will exchange and fight Tony's fight, and again that will be his downfall.
