Puerto Rico has 4 million people and 3 champs I think.
Calderon Santos and JuanMa versus Panama's 3 million people and 4 champs.

But you know Panama is cooler, so I have to like Panama better but no doubt Puerto Rico is pretty damn good for being a small place.

Yeah but Calderon and Santos are 2 division champions, Juanma is looking like a candidate and Cotto although not now a champion also has 2 division world titles. And Calderon is a pound4pound top 10.

Roberto Duran you could argue is the greatest latinamerican fighter and Panama also has a fighter with 20 total defenses, but pound4pound I gotta go with my country, Puerto Rico with all the records our fighters hold.
