Antonio Margarito-Shane Mosley a Done Deal For January 24

Shane Mosley has the goods to pull of the upset but I don't think he'll be disciplined enough to box for 12 rounds. I think eventually he'll stop and try to trade with Margarito and that will cost him the fight.
It will be interesting to see if Shane does get Naseem Richardson to train him and inspired by the Hopkins performance, Shane can remain focused, disciplined and box the whole fight.

I think Margarito wins this fight by decision, I hope he does because I wanna see Cotto vs. Margarito 2 come summer.

Regardless, it's a good fight for the beginning of the year and it's free. Free is always welcomed.

nah, its good for marg cause mosley's old enough to be beatable, but fresh enough to give marg a good fight in prep for the cotto fight.

mosley is going to take the worst beating of his life and get put into permanent retirement. margarito is a man with absolutely no regard whatsoever for human life. i dont know if mosley is just brave or ****** to get in the ring with the tijuana tornado. i will be praying for mosley since he could barely handle mayorga and the mexican bad ass margarito could end his life with one right hand!!!

At some stage the big shots Tony eats in every fight will diminish his punch resistance and age him prematurely, especially against a world class fighter. Not sure that will happen against Shane Mosley, but you can't fight fights like the Cotto fight year in year out without paying a price. These are two of my favourite fighters and it's gonna hurt watching them hurt each other, but for the glory of every old fart in the world, I'm pulling for a Mosley triumph. It's gonna be a war.
