Jones got Ko'ed by Mckinney and he nearly got KTFO by Richard "fuucking "Evatt

Morales got his ears boxed of by Raheem and he had life a death struggle with In Jin Chi

i would not be suprised to have seen Hamed Ko Morales if they ever fought he was too easy to hit went to war waay to much and was not as cute as Barrera he walked Hamed down and he would of got what Ingle and Kelly got for walking him down

its a close call but Morales does not trump Barrera for me when you look at this and realise Barrera also beat him 2 times

In my mind from a sheer skills perspective, Morales is by far and away the best. From a career achievement perspective, I can go both ways. That's why I vote Morales. Marquez has some more work to do.

Barrera was the more intelligent skillful fighter though Morales easier to hit and not as clever as Barrera

Morales didnt have too many Pedens, Fanas, or unknowns in Japan to end his career...

If you're referring to legacy, Barrera may be slightly greater then Morales. He's had more fights, and he was the guy who retired Naseem Hamed.

                    Morales

                    Barrera

                    Marquez

Same order as they were in the thread title. Morales was the most ambitious, entertaining, and downright great one of them all. His work at 122 is all-timer stuff and he probably could have retired as a hall of famer after his 126 campaign. Beating Pacquiao, Chavez and Hernandez was simply icing on the cake. I thought he defeated David Diaz closely as well.

did he turn pro at 15

Barrera was an 11 year pro by the time he fought Hamed if i remember correctly something like that anyway and had been in plenty of wars himself

he beat Morales ass down twice,Morales only claim to fame is a win over Pac and beating Junior Jones who was shot
