the only reason tony took the fight is b/c he was put in a corner. he & his team already said that shane was a risk for the cotto fight. saying he was the most feared man while turning down fights didnt mix. if he wouldve taken a fight that wasnt pwill, shane, or clottey (unification) he wouldve heard the end of it & even his most die hard fans wouldve questioned that.

with that being said shane by ud mainly b/c he wont let tony throw 100 punches a round. this will look like shane/vargas2 without the ko

Now what's to say BOTH don't come into play? HBO might have upped their offer a bit and gave more to Top Rank's side than they did to Golden Boy's side?
