The proceeding is all true because my friend texted it to me..............

Everyone without a non-bias opinion knows Oscar and everyone else in boxing want money. Oscar is also a great boxer. What people dont like is how he is always trying to short change his opponents...they too have children and families...it bothers some people. The greed is so obvious....I mean he already probably has more money than most boxers, are we suppose to feel sorry for the rich guy(not from me I work for a living). He has something similar to what is happening to A-Rod in NY ...people dislike the whiney rich guy because he is always out for himself, hitting homeruns when they mean nothing. Stacking his stats but a nobody when its crunch time. Sorry but I dont feel sorry for the rich guy, with great money comes great pressure.

Who needs who?? They need Oscar more than he needs them, especially when its $$$$ involved. Don't get mad cause Trinidad wants like a 50% split and didn't get it. He didn't deserve it anyways. Oscar is the biggest name in boxing, wether you like it or not. If you were in Oscar's shoes would you give someone half, when you're the bigger draw???
          I don't think so, I know I wouldn't.

The Reason why Oscar Gets so much heat...(Mainly from Mexicans)
Is because he is fortunate enough to come from a race of people
who love boxing and will support him, and the problem is for Oscar...

Every Time Oscar goes out and fights a Manny Pacquaio, instead one of his own in a Antonio Margarito. He is Pissing off his own Base of People, Who already a luke warm relationship with him.

Oscar is a superstar in the Sport of boxing
But Being a Mexican Superstar in the sport of boxing carries more weight.
And Oscar is refusing to put himself in the box that my mexican friends want to put him in.

            Which is, a Mexican Warrior....

I hear it all the time... Oscar is a sellout...
and this is coming from his own people.

Thats why I will ask the question

Who is more Popular to Mexicans?

Margarito or Oscar from a respect Standpoint.!!

            I would say Oscar.

Margarito hands down...Even Fernando Vargas gets more respect because even in his losses he was a warrior. Not a whiney rich guy that when he is on the attack in a fight because his opponent is weaker(Pernell Whitaker) and theyre is a lil controversy he states "a fight cannot be won by running". Then when he is the one running (Felix Trinidad) he says a fight can be won, even though he is the 1st boxer in history to actually believe he can win by running 3-4 of the last rounds. Most coast the last round. Castillo another withalot of respect because even in his losses went out like a warrior.

Sorry but that honor goes to Calderon.

Dude, LOTS of Mexicans like Oscar, they just aren't as vocal as the haters.

What do you feel Oscar will need to do to earn the Respect of his own People?

Im sorry I dont remember mentioning Trinidad on this topic. But since you mentioned it do you know of a controversial decision of Sugar Ray Robinson?

My point is in 60 yrs. when someone looks up Trinidads record they will only see he had a win over Oscar....Now this is historically gratifying for Trinidad....only Oscar with all his money has to live with the fact that he didnt fight a man he believed he can beat easily for a few bucks less. Unless deep inside he didnt believe he could do it again. Oh and my friend texted me this info so its true.

But I'm pretty sure boxing historians would be saying something completely different right?? I wouldn't of give the rematch to Tito if I was Oscar. Especially asking for alot more and everyone saying the fight was won by Oscar. Even now he demands a ton lol. Anyways, I won't bring up Tito anymore since it seems to hurt your feelings.
