Yes, DLH could've counter-sued. Maybe he isn't a spiteful person. The fact that an expert from DLH's side found them to be "doctored". The only thing I can think of, as to why the defense didn't come up with their own expert was due to lack of $$$. I mean, how much $$$ did the girl have for her f**kin' lawyer.

I'm not a spiteful person either but if I was him I would want to clear my name.

He could put the whole thing to bed for good, if he simply testified in court that the pics are fake. He obviously can't do that since the pics are real, that would constitute perjury. It would also be very embarrassing and very public.

The fact is that if DLH could find a single expert who was willing to testify in court that the pics are fake, he would have sued. The pics are real.

Personally I think it's naive to believe they aren't real. I don't care that his hired team found them to be fake.

The fact is that's his body in all the pics. So my question is where did a ********** get all these body and head shots come from that were PS'ed? No one has ever been able to point to the original source which leads me to believe she did take them.
