Tony is to tall for him. I don't see this fight happening. Even if it did, I would say Tony would outwork him probably to a UD due to the styles. Alot of clinching would be made.

Just because Hatton is small doesn't leave him out, and Tony isn't that fast to shock Hatton. If anything, Hatton is faster.

I agree with you, styles make fights and i dont think margarito can TKO hatton due to their styles, hatton has rough house tactics and clinching which would lead him to losing a UD at 147, hatton gets ****ed with the punches HE DOESNT SEE coming, and he will be able to see Margaritos punces coming from a mile, even though im a tony fan, one has to admit hes quiet slow.

if ricky knew how to move laterally and box id give him a chance but with his head first crap he'd be a meatbag for margarito, even his work with mayweather wouldnt get him the win, you need to be a skilled boxer to beat a bigger relentless guy like margarito (not a brawler who has been showed a few new tricks), or you need to be iron jawed - ricky is neither

                  This.

I'm not a fan of either guy really, maybe Hatton a bit more than Margarito. I wouldn't want to see this fight because it was tough enough watching Hatton get dumped by Mayweather who's got half the power that Marg does. I think Ricky coming in face first would spell doom for the man.

who cares that would be one hell of an exciting fight and what boxing needs. Margarito would obviously be far too big for HAtton but you never know Margarito has never seen anything like Ricky and vice versa

that is an interesting take and pretty accurate. Hatton clinchs effectively and often and he would be much faster than Margarito so lets see,get this idea to Golden Boy, great idea.
