I say Vitali because Sam Peter couldn't even land a shot on Vitali. While Sam Peter was able to hit younger brother Wlad.

Wladimir is more skilled.
Vitali is the tougher.

I think Vitali, his mental toughness and durability makes him better IMO.

Vitali by a distance. He's a fighter as well as a boxer.
