In '06 Winky had a draw wit Taylor and a UD over Ike. Pac had 2 KO's over EM and a UD over Larios. I think the 2nd KO over EM vaulted Pac past Winky. Some thought that win shoulda made him #1 since it was around the time PBF had his stale win over Baldomir.
