Everyone wants this fight to be at 140 but who would have the advantage at welter???

Hatton is naturally bigger than Pacquiao but has never looked good at welter.

If Pacquiao beats Oscar would he be more comfortable at 147 than at 140??

Id prefer to see hatton at 140 than 147 because he fights better at 140.
Pacman is going up 2 weight divisions, going down one isnt going to be a disadvantage. It just makes more sense to have it at 140, and no one will argue about the weight problems. 140 just seems perfect for a pacman vs hatton mega fight
