Paulie would U.D Witter. Witter ain't no pressure fighter, with quick dash in speed like Hatton.

Witter is a very powerful puncher in the division, one of the most powerful. He packs much more of a punch than Paulie but he's got comparable speed. I don't think it's only a pressure fighter that beats Paulie, he'd be beaten by a powerful, technical boxer like Witter.
