He's only fighting with his left hand and hasnt thrown his Right hand with any type of force, If his Right hand is that damaged and he cant use it he should retire point blank. You're not gonna beat the top fighters at 140 with one hand.

yeah paulie has looked awful in his last 3 fights after winning the belt. hes not a tv fighter so keep him off until he gets his **** together
