I think Gatti and at the moment Cotto should steer clear of Tszyu. Kostya would simply destroy Gatti, who's defense has more holes than swiss cheese and would be taking vicious right hands right after another. Gatti might have his moments, but sooner or later he would succomb to Tszyu's power and precision punching.

Cotto would make a more interesting fight because he has very nice boxing skill and a tight defense. However, his defense isn't always so tight. He gets nailed occasionally and his chin hasn't been tested against a fighter with Tszyu's punching prowess. Possibly one day, Cotto would be able to win, but if i were his manager, i wouldn't match up with Tszyu.

I'd possibly pick Mayweather over Tszyu, but Kostya's boxing ability is severely underrated and might be able to compete with Floyd. That fight is a toss-up in my eyes.

However, Tszyu is the top dog right now and he's got (or at least had) the belts to prove it.

He does get respect, he is a good fighter and was the best at 140 2 years ago... but since then... theres been a lot of fighters that have stepped up.

I give him tons of respect. He made a top contender look like a warm up fight. But let's not think his victory over Mitchell can translate to a win over Mayweather...

Did you people even watch the Mayweather v. Corley fight? Whenever Corley actually put punches together, Mayweather did not handle them well. Mayweather will not be able to handle Tszyu's power.
