I just want to know everyone opinions. I know that they are in 2 different weight classes. But some champions like tito trinidad and de la hoya. just wondering if margarito would step up to some and fight in other weight classes. Im not saying he is not a good champion but most of the great champion always move up in weight to test themselve

Jermain Taylor beat Hopkins twice as did Calzaghe (although I felt Hopkins won all three by 7-5 at least) just by being younger, faster and busier. But Williams wouldn't have a chance?? Boxing people never learn. That's why I bet large on Hopkins over the slower Pavlik and people said Pavlik was going to destroy him too. I remember everybody saying Williams didn't STAND A CHANCE vs Pavlik and people laughing at me when I'd talk to them about it. I still say Williams beats Pavlik and probably stops him. Hopkins could easily outclass Williams because Paul is still green. But based on styles Williams has a good chance because he's much younger, faster, and busier. He has a granite chin and Hopkins' punches would not cause him to go in a shell.

Williams does have a chin. But to me Williams is to slow because of his very lengthy arms. Hopkins still has more speed then him.
