The way Bhop Lacy'd Pavlik was a clinic. Boxers will study that fight for years to come. I wonder who next for Hopkins... rematch with Calzaghe or will he take on Dawson?

What's crazy about it is that a lot of people think he beat Taylor and Calzaghe, though he dropped close decisions.

And many felt he had no shot with either Tarver or Pavlik.

He ended the long unbeaten streaks of Pavlik and Wright in those fights. Simply amazing.

I was once asked on a radio show hosted by a man with a terrible mustache, "How many rounds would Bernard Hopkins last with Stanley Ketchel?"

I replied, "How many rounds would Stanley Ketchel last with Bernard Hopkins?"

People fail to realize how great Bernard Hopkins truly is. Here is a guy who has become the ultimate fighting machine, beating much younger fighters than himself all along while making 20 title defenses of the MW belt.

Ketchel wouldn't last 5 rounds with him. Hell, I've read that Ketchel used to take whippings from spectators he dared to enter the ring with him.
