Those aforementioned countries specifically spain and portugal is the reason that a large portion of north and all of south america are referred to as latin america. Mexico, brazil, and Guiana are referred to as latin american countries because of the language they speak. Spanish, Portuguese, and French.

"Latin" comes from the Romans - it was their language! The New Testament was originally written in Latin because that was the language of the Romans. Spanish are "Latin" because their language originated from the time they were part of the Roman Empire.

The original Romans, who spoke Latin, were a white European people, as were the original Spanish. There are no doubt some Spaniards and Italians (especially Sicilians) with Arab/Berber heritage, but remember Islam is a religion and the Arabic Empire was not one in which Arabs settled in great numbers in places like Spain and Sicily, they just converted the poeple who already lived there to Islam.

Similarly, the people of Indonesia converted to Islam but are Asians not Arabs, and the people of Somalia converted to Islam, but are black not Arabic.

Italians are white and anyone who doesn't believe that is a moron. Italy is in Europe. Any whites from southern Europe tend to have an olive tone to their skin (France, Spain). Not all Italians even have that, it's mainly the Sicilians that have the light tan. Some Italians in Italy have blonde hair & red hair (mainly northern Italy). The guy who created the post shouldn't have made "White Person" its own post, since Welsh & Italians are both white.

You are right... i know many italians and the marjority have olive skin and black hair and eyes. The blonds are from north and they usually jokes with the south italians saying that is not Europe beacuse is north of Africa.
