Hugo Garay vs. Jurgen Brahmer for WBA 175 title

    Interesting fight on today!

Argentina's Hugo Garay is very aggressive with a high work rate - he's never in a dull fight. Here's a highlights video:

Germany's Jurgen Brahmer is a technically sound, stand-up fighter with good power. Here's a excellent quality video of his KOing Mario Veit:

Brahmer can be deadly with his punches, and Garay is there to be hit.

Garay is not a deserving champion he got his ass kicked by Zsolt Erdei who isn't too great himself.

Garay has a very high work rate and quick foot movement.

For me, it's a pick 'em fight.

Many people think Garay deserved to win a decision in at least one of those close fights with Erdei.

The results were MD and SD.

The germans call Brähmer the "jahrhunderdtalent" meaning a centennial talent. So far he has dissapointed having spent as much time in the slammer as in the ring.

In Germany Garay is a slight favorite, which surprised me a bit, but of course they have seen him fight the protected and perhaps underrated Zsolt Erdei twice.

This is Brähmers first shot at a title and according to bulletins comes in prepared like never before. Brähmer moved up from 168 gunning for Garay so it's a calculated move.

I think this will be a hard fight with the winner being the fighter who wants it more.

It will very likely be a very good, competitive fight.

I'm hoping we can find a stream for it later today.

I expect an excellent fight. Garay has come to Germany to win and he is oozing confidence.
