    If Ricky loses tonight....

Okay, Ricky Hatton is a big name in boxing. We all know that he has a huge following and he can probably bring in a lot of money for any fight. If Rick loses tonight he would now have loss to Mayweather and Paulie, and between that a pretty lackluster victory over Juan Lazcano. What do you think will happen if Rick does lose though? He will be losing his belts and will not be looked at every the same. In one year he may fall from top 10 p4p to not even being considered a true threat. Gimme some feedback, where do you think Hatton goes from here with a loss? We know he has said he only wants to do this a few more times, maybe he just hangs em up.

If Hatton loses to Malignaggi he lost whatever he had in the first place and should hang em up for good.

I think retirement would be a good idea unless he has a rematch clause with Malignaggi because it would be a pretty long road back for him and I'm not sure if he wants to work his way back to the top at this stage. Maybe a farewell fight depending on how he loses.

If Paulie beats Ricky, then it means Ricky has slipped to the point that he wont be able to beat anyone worth beating anymore. He would have to retire and count his money at the pub.

If Hatton loses tonight then I'll be a very happy person.

However I just can't see it happening, Paulie doesn't really have the power to keep Hatton off of him for long enough.

If Hatton did lose though it would be interesting to see if he kept to his word and did actually retire.

If he can't get past Paulie, its time to hang them up

                Retire..

I hope Ricky wins but hes gonna need the legs tonight to chase Paulie down and cut the ring off, as soon as he stops doing that Paulie boxes his ears off! I think Paulie is strangely easy to hit for someone with his speed and style..

Can you imagine Ricky losing tonight and then Oscar losing to Pacquiao?
