Dan Rafael posted it first on his weekend notebook so I called my connects in the Darchi camp and the guy told me its "95% done deal, Vic is ready and willing to sign we're waiting for Arce".

Should be a war. I might say it would be a candiate for FOTY, but the fight will probably be so onesided it won't matter. One sided in darchinyan's favor of course.
